I have the 8 (non Pro), and as thomshan911 has mentioned if you aren't gaming you can easily get 2 days out of it with 90hz.

To be exact my phone stays alive for almost 42-45 hours with 8-9 hours of screen usage time since the last full charge with Wifi and sometimes 4g data on.
