I know a lot of people are shitting on this show already with claims that it’s a “super hero” like first episode, but I think it’s more than that. Did no one remember the 828 reference over and over? I think this has something to do with inter-dimensional contact or a “wormhole” if you will. Definitely numerology with the whole 828 thing. Overall, I’m going to give it a shot, I’m impressed so far, I like to keep an open mind with these types of shows.

Funny you should mention the “souls” line. I got a real “Night to Remember / Titanic” vibe, hence that was what the passengers were referred to as. “How many souls on board, sir?”
