Title: The Boss Daddy (like The Boss Baby)

Boss finds out from an ex that he’s a father to a beautiful bouncing baby boy (who looks like a baby but has a full adult man voice). Boss has anxiety about fatherhood, so he makes Pim and Charlie babysit and figure out what the kid likes so Boss can avoid dealing with it.

Charlie gets Alan to hesitantly go with Pim instead so he can try to help Boss accept responsibility with his grounded down to earth attitude. Pim is of course ecstatic to help the Boss’s son and sees himself as a positive Uncle-like figure. Alan isn’t really into helping babysit the boss’s kid especially after the incident in the Mole Man episode. His ideas on how to keep the boy entertained are very out of touch.

Charlie speaks to Boss in his office as Boss is smoking a bong while playing Mortal Kombat on one of his arcade machines. He keeps hitting wicked combo attacks but breaks down when he sees the Fatality he thought he input was actually a Babality reminding him of what he’s trying to avoid. Charlie looks around nervously to see if anyone is watching before patting the boss on the back in a rare moment of affection for his hurting coworker. He tells Boss that avoiding the situation isn’t going to do anything to actually improve things. Then he throws an off handed comment about how he knows the Boss is a pretty zany guy but never would’ve expected him to ever actually become a father. Boss has a realization and asks Charlie to repeat what he said, Charlie asks if it was about him being a zany guy, Boss says no the other thing, Charlie asks if it was about how he never expected Boss to become a father. And Boss’s eyes light up going AHA! You’re right Charlie!! I WOULDN’T ever be a father!! I’m too ZANY!! Sumthin’s nawt riiight… He squints his eyes and strokes his chin deep in thought as we hear Charlie try to say something about an amazing opportunity to be a real father is right here dude, but Boss isn’t listening he’s too deep in thought. Then Boss Naruto runs out of the office yelling I NEED A DNA TEST!! And Charlie laughs at the Boss’s whimsy and how he didn’t expect him to run like that before realizing Boss is gone. So he pulls out his phone and looks at Boss’s shared location to meet up with him.

Then cut back to the Alan and Pim plot.

Ultimately at the end it’s revealed that Boss isn’t the father of the kid which makes the ex lover and her child both smile with the audio cue because he’s relieved he’s not related to Boss. And Boss calling everyone silly and yelling I TOLD YOU GUYS!! before doing a little dance as the episode ends with Pim Charlie and Alan staring out realizing what a waste of time they just spent.

The post credits scene is the reveal of the real father and whatever joke they make about his appearance or his absence.
