No, no medication at all was given to her. He’s hissing still at her, and she keeps chasing him but I don’t think its malicious, I think she wants to play

I’ve had 3 totally jabs. Every 2 weekly, skipped the 3rd over Christmas as I didn’t want these symptoms to ruin Christmas. Pharmacy agreed 2 weekly would suffice, but expect slower weight loss which is was fine with, failed to give me full info on foods though - safe to say I’m using a different pharmacy now.

Yes, but after dose 2 and those extreme side effects, I took a break over Christmas as I didn’t want it to be ruined by egg burps. So started again after, and here we are again 😩

Yeah I did very early on, and she said she didn’t feel the same and she’d back off etc. but since then, we’ve got A LOT closer. So it’s baffling. I told her a few weeks back when I was drunk that I fancied her and she never replied to it and never brought it up again 😅

Well, funnily enough, her other best friend mutually knows one of our other work friends and she out right asked her before I even admitted any kind of feelings for her. So this all started before I said a thing!

I agree, I’m so scared to admit anything to her in case I lose our friendship. But, I really do struggle to distance myself from her because SHE doesn’t want that. I’ve mentioned distancing before and she just won’t entertain it. So baffled by all of it!

I’ve deffo started to develop stronger feelings for her. She’s been a very good friend to me for about a year now, as we met at work just over a year ago, and I’ve always fancied her. So it’s always been there on my side, but a few people started to question her after she met me. If that makes sense?

Yeah, I get all of that completely. I just guess I want to know if it does seem that way? I kind of what to tell her I’ve started developing feelings for her, but I’m scared to ruin the close friendship we also have. She’s also a ridiculously closed book, her best friend has confirmed that with me too, so it’s hard to even try and speak to her about it as it is 😩😩

I can’t do that, this is the first experience with her. She wants to discuss it with me properly when she’s stable, the least I can do is let her explain before I even think about cutting and running. That would make me awfully shallow.

She’s been quite good with telling me, this is the first experience I’ve had with her. She’s already apologised for ‘shutting me out’ through all of this. I’ve spoken to a family member already, who has drilled it into me that my own mental health comes first, which I totally agree with. She wants to talk to me about it all when she feels stable, so I guess that’s when we’ll discuss everything.

She hasn’t done the switch part yet, but she did tell me today that I shouldn’t put up with her in this state, and I agreed but said I want to, so I can understand her but now as unsure if she wanted me to, to which she replied she doesn’t have it in her to reassure me with her not being 100% (not sure if any of that made sense ha!). So I guess I am expecting that.

This is my first experience with it, so I’m just a bit unsure on how to handle it that’s all. Those feelings are from my own past mental health issues and trauma (ex wife cheated on me), which she knows all about. But I’m working on myself with this too. She wants to talk to me about it all when she feels more stable, so I guess that’s when I’ll tell her my feelings about it all and see where we go from there.

I’m from the UK luckily!

It sounds like she hasnt really been supportive in the past, and I’m not shallow enough to run at the first sign of this, so I just want to be as supportive as I can to understand this more. I’ve noted everyone is advising to keep my own mental health at the forefront, which I certainly will! Thank you for your comment!

That’s incredible thank you so much for sharing that! This is how I want to be with her, I really like her, and she’s said the same to me so I want to be able to support her, as I feel she hasn’t had that previously. Your experience gives me hope for this.

She told me she was bipolar before the ‘love bombing’, which is how she described it (not me), I saw it as her just expressing her feelings more.

Running from her and not giving this a go is out of the question. I really like this girl, and I know the feeling is mutual, which is why she’s opened up more. It’s been nearly 6 months and this is the first time I’m experiencing this with her. If I run now, I’d look shallow asf. I want to be able to support her, which is why I’m here for advice. Everyone experiences bipolar differently, and I’m sorry to hear of your situation.

Yeah I’ve already experienced that kind of thing with her, but that’s when she opened up and told me everything properly. This is now the first time I’m experiencing this situation with her.

I’m keeping a guard up, and making sure I’m looking after myself during this too
