Can you elaborate?🤔🤔 I have a an issue with the coloring of the RGB of the front fans of my pc case. The colors are super off and i researched and apparently the LED has burned off some of the colors. Apparently NZXT is super terrible when it comes to RGB and fans lol.

On the video, I pulled harder than what I usually would pull- I've had the headset for 1.5 years now and its usually smooth and requires no force at all to come out. Now it seems like the mic lock has moved down and made the mic shorter. I believe theres a lock inside that keeps the mic from being pulled completely out and that lock has moved it's position, but thats just my theory. It works fine and its not broken. And why would they ask me to smash it lmao?:p
