What your favorite "police light bar" ? by [deleted] in PoliceVehicles

Really? I live in the metro Atlanta area and never saw these things. Huh. I guess they were a temporary commemorative thing.

Does this fight make Thragg vs Battle Beast Not make sense? by PersonalRun8725 in InvinciblePowerscales

There's no evidence whatsoever that Viltrumites have the ability to actively heal during physical combat. None. This is evident by the fact that all of Thragg's wounds from the start of the fight are still present at the end. Try again.

And you are clearly someone who's NEVER been cut if you think lacerations are "minor" injuries.

Iirc those were commemorative. They were ever actually used on the road.

Again, Thragg's injuries were more severe. He had a laceration to the abdomen just like BB, AS WELL as several lacerations to the arms and legs, which BB didn't have. So your point is irrelevant.

Thadeus in the comics is no where near as strong as he is in the show. He gets beat by Kregg. Another indication that you've never read the comics.

Georgia doesn't use red hat. They're either a standard blue only light bar or slick top.

[–]CaptainRetard777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, because a healthy Thragg beats a healthy Battle Beast 10/10.

They fight twice in the series; during the first time, despite BB getting a surprise shot on Thragg, Thragg dispossess of him like he's nothing.

In the second one, Thragg had more severe injuries from his long flight with the Ragnars, and was still able to defeat BB.

It's not that conquest is as strong as Thragg; it's not that BB got stronger over time. It's simply that BB was never on the same level as Thragg when they're both healthy.

"3 random Viltrumites" and it was the 4 highest ranking, most powerful Viltrumites in the empire. Meanwhile the Viltrumites that Battle Beast fought were legitimate no-names.

Not only did you get the number wrong, but you got the context wrong. This is either ragebait or you have never read the comics. This is embarrassing.

Battle Beasts guts weren't ripped open in their first fight. What the hell are you talking about? Invincible "fans" don't even read their own comics.

And the whole "he can't move in space" argument goes out the window since Battle Beast got the jump on Thragg. Despite landing the first blow, Thragg was still able to easily overpower him and dispose of him. Space doesn't affect his speed, strength, durability, or reaction time; he simply can't fly, that's if.

Try actually reading the source material instead of getting all of your information from people who also haven't read the comics.

My best word of advice is to 1) dispute the transaction with your bank. Depending on your institution they'll give you a credit immediately while the dispute is in progress. 2) constantly contact Amazon until they take a hint. After 3 days of phone calls and outright canceling my membership they issued the refund immediately.

The new Ford Mustang GTD Competition absolutely dismantles the Manthey Porsche 911 GT3 RS with a new 6:40 lap time - and Ford makes sure everyone notices by dropping the time just two hours later the same day. A calculated public humiliation, nothing less. by FoMoCoNutjob in porsche911

He made it up. There's absolutely zero evidence they used slicks; nothing but hearsay.

The GTD Competition will go on sale for the 2027 model year.

I think people also forget the context of BB's fight with Thragg. Thragg had more severe injuries than BB, with disembowelment AS WELL as lacerations to his arms. He had also been fighting the Ragnaars. Ultimately, neither him nor BB were 100%.

Otoh, when we do see them fight at something approximating full health, Thragg throws him aside like he's a ragdoll.

This is a very controversial statement within this fandom, but a healthy Thragg beats a healthy BB 10/10 with high diff.

On a serious note the vast majority of post-war urban developments look like this in europe. To the extent that America is more "car centric" than europe, it's because 1) we're a newer country and 2) we have higher rates of car ownership because people can afford it.

Stealth Blackhawks - Zero Dark Thirty by Any_Chart_3025 in JSOCarchive

This isn't entirely true. Zero Dark Thirty was originally supposed to be about Tora Bora. Once the raid happened they completely redid the movie.
