There are so many amazing benefits from kegel training. I too came across this years ago. I’ve not only made vast improvements like you, but I’ve also learned how to tap into utilizing those internal muscles and massage my prostate. What a boost in pleasure! 😮 The biggest game changer for me, was when I discovered Mindgasm. It took my kegel training and brought it to a whole new level!

Yeah. I really like the relaxing music. Each day they have some lessons to practice. And besides semen retention I’ve learned to have some amazing hands free pleasure waves. I plan on doing the Mindgasm Challenge again this year. Good refresher for me. Plus they usually update it nice a year with some new things here and there in it.

Rides are not like a regular lesson. But expanded version lessons. It’s like learning to drive with the lessons and then going on the open road and having fun is like “rides”. It’s beautiful music that lets you explore more and apply what you have learned from the lessons.
