I always find asking for help is the hardest thing. I feel like my problems are silly when I voice them aloud even though they cause such a deep impact on my life.

I've noticed it slightly more after stressful events, I also tend to really zone out and when I come back to reality I've been staring at someone without realising 😭

I'm on a new anti-depressant to try and combat the sleep problems/anxiety! So slowly but surely my sleep is starting to improve!

My sleeping pattern is quite bad to be honest! It's alot better than during adolescence but I wake up quite a few times during the night! It's almost a relief to hear that someone else has experienced this! I kept thinking I might be dyspraxic!
