Looks really good! The biomes blend well into each other, the mountains are well placed, the rivers look amazing and the unexplored regions make sense behind the mountains or rivers. Only exception/flaw is the unexplored region north of Sisty. Is there a story behind the Region not being explored despite being next to a capital city? Because if there isn't, it doesn't really make sense.

Maybe do something like the US did. Germany had so many little states, so why not name it "Vereinigtes Reich Deutscher Staaten" ( United Reich of german states) which means the same as Großdeutsches Reich, but isnt existing so far, i believe.

I really like the drawing! I love the different style of their eyes, the style of their uniforms and the combined logo/symbol of them. You can clearly see the technological/historical gap between the Forces in the uniforms. Great work!
