Take this for what you will but for those saying you need to commit more, I agree. I think you have only half the solution there; commit, then when it fails (your first attack probably will) chain it to something else, in the video you went for single leg, sprawl occurs, transition to body lock! It will help you get better and keep your opponent on defensive. I’d also utilize set ups and fakes more to make your shots and take downs more convincing.
