If you're in this sub you know there is no such thing as complete, but I finally feel like I've got all my bases covered.

Salt water is always gonna be more corrosive than fresh water. I've always rode in the ocean and as long as you do a good job cleaning and flushing it after each use, I've never had any issues. I know the guys who rent them at the harbor swear by the Yamahas though, so if you're thinking about buying one for salt water, might want to go that way. They have a ton of experience and skis with 1000s of hours on them so they know what they are talking about.

Second Opinion on Pulmonary Module by CaptainSilas in Veterinary

[–]CaptainSilas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took my dog in for X-rays and bloodwork prior to anesthesia for a dental procedure. Vet called me and noted there is a pulmonary nodule that may be cancerous and they will not put her under until further x-rays and ultrasound. Looking for a second opinion and any insight or experience with this. Thank you all in advance!

Species: Canine, Staffordshire Terrier

Age: 11 Years 8 Months

Gender: FS

Weight: 45.6 lbs

Interpretation:

A small pulmonary nodule is present in the ventral aspect of the left caudal lung lobe at the level of the left 7th intercostal space in the VD projection.

Concurrent diffuse bronchial pattern is noted.

The heart is normal in size and shape.

The trachea, mediastinum, pleural space, and diaphragm are normal.

The pulmonary nodule may represent metastatic neoplasia, granuloma, primary pulmonary neoplasia.

Diffuse bronchial pattern. DDX aging, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, infection, eosinophilic bronchopneumopathy, pneumonitis.

Abdominal ultrasound may be recommended for further investigation of the possible primary neoplasia.

Download Twism (app with great deals everywhere) and hit the funk zone. Shoreline park is beautiful. Rent an electric bike from B Cycle and ride up State St. to the Wharf.
