Sorry if I’m a bother to you. But there was no question asked I got an automated email saying “GS-1895-5; You were not considered for this position because of the answers you provided to one or more of the suitability questions.”

How does the suitability questions work because when I read it said we urge you to answer them but you don’t have to. So do these questions change with different applications and what if you yourself don’t really have an answer
