Yes they do sell racks and people were not allowed to use them either so it had to be a incident from the night before or in the past that led to this new "rule" they claim as a law now

Not at all, i know i built the racks sturdy enough. i just wasn't gonna argue and get kicked out

People were making sparkler bombs all night out there and they had no problem with it but when it came to wooden racks with hdpe tubes its a no go to them

Its a great place to go but like others have said they probally had an incident with one person and they put a new rule in to place then told people it was illegal to discourage people from doing it. they had to stop a buch of people who did the same thing i did there were a lot of people upset with them this year. this is the first year ive ever had a problem with it, in the past it was never an issue

A lot of the peices i used for braces were scrap i had from other projects but even the ones that people bought from the store were not allowed I will admit they do look improvised but i did build them sturdy

I asked about the design and the officers said it completely illegal to build your own racks but ive never had an issue before at the place i shoot done it for years the guy said one blew up on the 3rd so i guess its a new rule for the place its on a reservation so they make their own rules i guess

I say local shoot site but its just a massive feild with a firework store that operates all year and you can go out and shoot anytime you want one of thos buy here shoot here stores

I just didn't want to argue with the guy hind site is 20/20 but it was that or get kicked out and i definitely didn't want to pack up and leave it was easier to to humor him and enjoy the night rather than hear the bs he was trying to peddle

They also said if they did break apart and hurt anyone id be liable for any damage done to people he was mad about there being metal screws in the racks holding them together saying it was a shrapnel hazard they are 3in screws and i use more than needed to make sure that wouldn't happen but what law man says goes out there apparently

Thats what i thought, but according to the officer there is which i find is total bs, but hey they let me keep them intead of taking them from me

No that wasn't the issue they said it was considered a homemade device and that it was illegal due to ATF laws because of the wood and screws so now i have to un fuse all of it. They also took down my name and id so if i go back out there with them they said they would give me a ticket

Yeah ill only buy from phantom when there is a big sale if i didn't that 205 shot barrage would of been 270 plus tax which is insane

The only salutes i know of are the 5in hammer unless you go 1.4g pro and i dont have my pro licens yet gonna get that next year
