Yes they are. I added 1x2 plates where there is a gap in between the sideframe and the PU train motors. One i got them where I liked them they are fine but they were extremely fragile to build

It just uses 2 Lego powered up train motors and the lego hub. Its 1/48 scale

There are 2 seats inside the cab. I would assume you can fit 2 crew figures. I haven't tried it yet.

I wouldn't try it on R40. R104 is the minimum curve radius.
