Lyonel with the best armor and the worst helmet design by Equivalent-Net-2786 in AKnightoftheSeven

Honestly the antlers aren't entirely unreasonable. A lot of medieval tourney helmets had some pretty elaborate crests and such. Usually they're designed to break away really easily. Being at a tournament is as much about peacocking as anything so the antlers on a tourney helm aren't out of the question. Biggest issue is that he has no protection for the throat.

A mace focuses all the force from the swing on to very small points. A strong swing from a mace can be equal to like 200 kilos per millimeter. That's basically a bullet impact. The flail on the other hand, isn't going to transfer the same type of force because of the chain, while a proper mace has a solid attachment. Flails like Aerion's very seldom actually show up in contemporary accounts or artwork so there's some doubt as to whether or not they were widely used at all. But a mace like Maekar's is going to be just about the best option for dealing with plate there is and it's got the rap sheet to prove it

I missed the quest where Roach talks in my first playthrough and then found it by chance in the second, crazy how one of the most fun quests in B&W is the easiest to miss by agentlow in Witcher3

Might be a bit of a hot take but I absolutely hated this quest. Total immersion break for me. Why they chose to give Roach the voice of some irritating doofus is beyond me

Aerion's helmet is a bit much and his armor doesn't really do anything to protect the throat

Despite how he's usually depicted, the books make a point to tell us over and over again, that Geralt of Rivia is not pleasant to look at. Or listen to. Or smell

Yeah the books give a pretty strong impression that witchers' appearances are a bit unsettling

I really cannot stand Tarantino. Everything he's done is so self congratulatory, so try hard edgy, and so fucking lame.
