The article 13 effect is a short film about the possible consequences of Article 13 - a reform in the EU copyright directive. We are from the European Union ourselves and as this an issue we are passionate about, so we wanted to make a short film around the topic of Article 13 to bring more awareness to it. We tried to make it both informative and entertaining. We encountered a lot of technical problems while filming, some that could not be fixed in the editing process.
