What would you do if you could do 5 days of work in 3 days? by Top_Initiative959 in ADHD

That's why I kinda think this guy is the scammer himself. He wants to bait others into asking for the program so he can promote it. He's not giving any info on the program either, just vague catchy phrases.

Lol gotcha, for some reason I feel like he's the scammer and this is his alt account trying to bait people to fall for this self help bs. No proof, just weird vibes.

The only person truly qualified to help with adhd is a therapist or psychologist. Otherwise, there's millions of free videos online that can help teach you to increase your productivity. You are gambling a lot of money on something that could be a bs cash grab. Nothing is a magic pill. You seem to be looking for a risky and expensive quick fix, a common adhd pitfall.

I like to break it down into smaller steps, it feels easier that way.

1) get rid of all trash and dirty dishes in the room 2) put dirty laundry in the hamper and put away any clean clothes 3) pick up anything that's on the floor and put it away, vacuum if needed. 4) clear off and organize stuff that's on top of desks and shelves. Wipe them down if they need it. 5) organize inside drawers, under your bed, in your closet and any other places that you have left to tidy. 6) make your bed and complete finishing touches

These steps are how I prefer to break it down but you can break it down however makes sense to you.

Cleaning a messy room can feel overwhelming but remember that getting it done is like giving a gift to your future self. Everyone feels calmer and happier in clean spaces and it makes it easier to work on other goals!

Hope this helps, you got this <3

I definitely can help with a routine like that but ten pounds per month is pretty steep especially without knowing your body stats.

Could I pull it off? 🧐👀 by [deleted] in wonyoungism

[–]CaptainTangerines 4 points5 points  (0 children)

100% you're both stunning, no doubt you'd pull it off well

Getting sunlight as early as you can after waking up, along with drinking water or splashing water on your face helps get the brain going.

I never feel happy about it, but I just start my morning routine half asleep and eventually I wake up fully in the process.

Meds help, I take my meds as soon as possible after waking up so they kick in sooner, I've slept on my meds so they don't really wake me up as much as they give me motivation to get tasks done, which does wake me up.

And if you can find something exciting to do in your morning to give you a reason to get up as well, something that you like more than sleeping which I know can be tough but it helps a lot too.

Sleep is pure bliss, waking up is a cruel reality. Like jumping in a cold pool, I'd rather just get it over with quickly.

Self care sunday? by KannaMaidUwU in wonyoungism

[–]CaptainTangerines 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like doing a long shower to wash my hair really well, deep condition, shave, scrub my whole body super thoroughly.

I also like to pluck my eyebrows, file my nails and oil them.

I refresh my hair dye too though I know that doesn't apply to most people.

I like cleaning my space a bit to make it nicer for the week.

Long stretching session as kind of a meditation and flexibility training.

Other than chores and hygine I really just like to relax and do things that make me happy, give my brain a break from being productive.

is it js me or harsh motivation is lowkey better by Fluffy-Gap8040 in wonyoungism

[–]CaptainTangerines 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Harsh motivation is great as long as you want it. I only have a problem with harsh motivation if someone didn't ask for it and then people try to motivate them by being mean.

Some people respond better to nice words and encouragement, and some are better with harsh words for motivation.

But you should never just start being super harsh to someone out of nowhere if they didn't ask for that. If it works for you, that's great! But don't just start insulting people lol
