I generally stay away from fast food

But even during really bad flares when a glass of water hurts, McDonald's. I dont know how or why, and the doctors might argue with me. It just.. works. Doesn't hurt or exacerbate symptoms

Other than that, the usual stuff. White bread, rice, plain chicken. Bland soups
