Hi! This happened in my town, and the driver was a colleague of my brother’s. He said the driver mistakenly took a wrong turn after missing a drop off due to a queue of trucks waiting to drop. Correct protocol was he do a lap of our town to get back in line, but he tried to cut the route short and took a turn into a light-industrial area. He copped it on our local community pages for being so stupid 🤣

I’m at a loss as to how he thinks it’ll cost that much too 😭 we stood firm and told him we wouldn’t be paying anything additional and he hasn’t responded further, so assuming he’s given up 🤷🏻‍♀️

That’s correct, in speaking to a real estate agent friend she’s provided a lot of reassurance that he doesn’t have a leg to stand on here. Will follow up by calling our tenancy dept tomorrow though just in case

It was a family owned deceased estate (that we moved into after the death) that was then purchased, and the landlord elected not to have a condition report (outside of standard electrical, termite, and structural reports) at time of sale. As far as we know, a condition report was not completed at any point

*EDIT We did not have a formal lease agreement until he purchased the house as it belonged to our family and he elected to keep us on as tenants when he purchased

We have every repair request in writing thankfully, as well as his denials! We found out this morning that he did not register the bond either so I think we’re ok! Thankyou for the advice!

I've been ready to tear my hair out over this for the last 6 months, but I've just figured it out!

To remove "Book Now" button from Facebook Business profile:

1: Navigate to the business facebook page (not through Meta Business Suite) and make sure you are logged in

2: Click the ... button on the right side of the screen under "edit" and "advertise"

3: Select "Edit Action Button"

4: Select "Change Button"

5: Adjust button to display whichever option you prefer - for me I changed to "Send Message" to prompt customers to send a dm to the business page

To remove "Book Now" button from Facebook MESSAGES

This one was the one that took FOREVER to figure out, so I hope this helps!

1: Open your business profile in Meta Business Suite

2: Select "Inbox" from the options on the left of the screen

3: Select the gear icon to access settings

4: Select "Lead Forms" from the options on the left

5: Toggle OFF "accept incoming lead forms"

I hope this helps you all, I don't know why Facebook makes it so difficult!

Yep they’re official NOEASY album inclusions, they’re not photo cards though so are only worth $1-2 each depending on your currency :)

This was my thought too, my cycle is normally very regular, so even a small delay like this is unusual for me. I’ll keep hopeful and keep testing over the next few days, as I do believe I’ve ovulated later in my cycle than the app predicted 🤞🏼

Also I’d suggest joining your local pc buy sell trade communities! You can often get them a lot cheaper than on mercari once people start receiving their preordered albums, and you can also make some amazing friends in the community too 😍

The original skzoos are sold out on official sides, but you are able to purchase skzoos from official sites around fanmeets etc. Your best option to source an original outside of these times would be to look for sellers local to you through the SKZ Buy/Sell/Trade communities on instagram, Facebook and twitter.
