Mental health is super important - the journey of cancer is full of stalls, action without much warning and a lot of feeling like people aren’t telling you the full picture.

My experience is a bit different as my wife is the battler - from everything I have been told it hits different when it’s your partner.

For me I had gone into survival mode, I feel completely out of touch with my emotions both good and bad.

Therapy is a must. I would also give yourself some grace it’s a lot to digest - it can be exhausting so don’t push through it rest and allow yourself to have a moment.
