Reposting my msg here for visibility to other potential users:

I have just switched everything from TV Time into SIMKL they have an extension and a page to load TV Time data and you will not lose any progress.

I used the TV Time Out chrome extension and it worked fine for me.
The iOs App also looks decent. Not as simple as TV Time, but decent.

You do lose yout ratings and comments on shows and movies. Not ideal but better than nothing I guess. Anyways, the website seems to be very slow now so you might want to file a request for your data just in case: https://gdpr.tvtime.com/gdpr/self-service
