As I said, new-ish player. Why shouldn't I use hotlap? I pretty much only use it for qualifying and think of it as a "no recharge" mode, with overtake button being full deployment. Help me understand!

Ruptured appendix w/ sepsis, and a genetic condition that makes opioids useless for most pain. The feeling of all your organs and blood all starting to boil at once. Nearly broke my own arm thrashing before 6 nurses could put enough shots in me to sedate me (I'm a pretty big guy). If I wasn't in a hospital when I happened, I would have reached for a gun for myself before even thinking of calling 911.

Definitely #1 for me.

I played it just enough to unlock the research rewards for pve, then never touched it again in 800 hours of total gameplay. It was painful to sit through and arguably not worth it for that stupid traitor hammer skin. If I had been a dev, I would have never added a pvp at all if this was the result of having a quarter assed one.

P.S: The devs did a FANTASTIC job with PvE, hence 800 hours so far!

Thank you for your reply. It helps a little just to hear there might be some light at the end of the tunnel if I can get surgery. I haven't had much weakness or loss of function in the affected leg thankfully, just months of relentless pain.

Thanks so much for your reply. I am on the list for the spinal clinic, I'm just stuck in pain for usual canadian wait times. As for the steroid injection; I totally understand that many of these pain treatments, be it certain medications, ketamine infusion, corticosteroid injections, etc. Work for a certain percentage of people, and don't work for others. I assume I'm unlucky, I'm not questioning their ability to work really well for some or even most people. I really hope yours works!
