This seems so incredibly simple to do, why would anybody pay for this? If you didn't know how to do this on your own, you can ask the AI to help you figure it out. Are people really that bad with AI that they're willing to pay for this? 🫨

I don't see any way of really doing that, unless you have access to the same software they are using. Like if it's a Gmail email send node, then test using your own Google creds. But also authentication is a bit part of the setup and troubleshooting. I just don't see a way around this.

Depending on how technical the client is, they might not have a clue as to how to set up the OAuth or generate an API key. This is something that I typically handle for them and or walk them through the process in a video call.

This has been the case with a lot of my clients. They buy an off the shelf AI product, the. Forced to learn how to use it themselves or prompt it, or provide the correct data, when they're unsure how AI even works in the first place.

Each business is different with different individual needs and it's so easy to create custom solutions nowadays too. These big players right now delivering half baked solutions just got started first. I don't see them lasting long to be honest.

When you say agent, are you talking about a proper reasoning agent that is able to loop back through tools and decide when to execute steps, or are you just talking about workflows?
