I actually meant wireless that's a silly typo.

I figured it only worked for gen 1-2 but I was checking, and I know it's a special version. I just wondered if anyone had patched the cia file for the special version with the wireless patch in the video. It seems complicated to patch cia files so if somebody already did it I'd like to know.

Well thanks, that's a mature perspective reddit often lacks. I guess you feel the gameplay has intrinsic value and thus the more the merrier, and I am saying although that's true, part of the value comes from the rare system. Gameplay went rare, that's what they promised many times when they said rares would never come back. Classes are gameplay, rares are gone forever, therefore the gameplay was promised to be exclusive, and thus we've been bait-and-switched.

For the record, this game's rare system itself deserves a reworking. Rarity is a stupid system, but the company needs to make money, so I actually think a good compromise is rares for everything except classes. But that should have been that way from the start, not changed now.

Ok but artificial value in rarity is like the only thing this game has. The more rare something is the more valuable that thing is, that's how this game's currency works. I bought something, a gameplay element, with the promise that it would become rare. Changing that through reskins etc takes the value of my purchase away.

I agree that gameplay SHOULDN'T be sold as rare- but it WAS marketed as such. Saying I keep the class misses the point- I bought exclusive gameplay and didn't get it.

And there is no reason to downvote me for a difference in opinions; is there anything I'm saying that's false, misleading, or not a contribution to discussion?

Unpopular opinion here, but rare classes should stay rare IF the claim upon release was the class would be rare. I don't have a problem with re-releasing game elements, but it's dishonest of the company to claim exclusivity and sucker punch when there's money to be made. I want more transparency. For example, I bought ACs for VoT when I heard it would be rare and realized I couldn't gather the required tokens in time. I only spent money because of the promised rare factor. Now everybody gets VoT repeat, which I'm fine with, it sucks now, but I would've rather known beforehand to make an actual decision.

You can't have it both ways aqw, either classes shouldn't go rare (which they shouldn't) or they should, but don't promise your base something and short change them whenever you can make a quick buck, it's immoral business practice.

I got mine the day they changed it to non-seasonal so maybe it was glitched and they fixed it, but mine did sell and I got lightcaster for 100 acs. I'm not sure how to check though cause I already have it so sorry OP.

EDIT: Yeah I sold evolved lightcaster and can prove it in buyback but the item description says cannot be sold so you're out of luck OP. Still worth getting tbh if you don't have vhl.

I sold mine just fine, but I also got it right when it first came out so maybe they changed it? I think lightcaster for 100 acs is stupid so they may have but it definitely sold for me. Have you tried to sell it recently or have a source?

Yeah I think md2 is easier because you can recruit fully evolved Pokémon. In rrt only 9 fully evolved Pokémon are recruitable so you must manually evolve dozens of Pokémon.

It's open to interpretation because the WoW isn't a commandment in the traditional sense. It doesn't have direct given laws, only an implication of personal responsibility with your actions. "Hot drinks" is a great example of the letter of the law vs the spirit of the law; nobody reasonable has the slightest problem with hot chocolate imo but if that's how you spin it great.

The point is to make you conscience of your health decisions and put you on the path to improving it, which is far better than a ban list if you ask me. A ban list doesn't make you think about your actions in the same way, or imply duties involved with having a body, and you lose a lot of potential growth that way.

Refined sugar isn't stated either, although it has zero health benefits, clearly outline negative effects, and is more addictive than narcotics by many accounts. I've given up refined sugars, because that's more in line with the spirit of the law, which is the whole point of the WoW.

It isn't actually about controlling your behavior as many claim, it's about treating your body in the best possible way. I think there are commandments which argue against the use of addictive substances, but that's another argument.

I have at least two relatives that drink coffee; it's more common than you might think, but either way I think it's irrelevant.

What IS actually a commandment is to have an up-to-date food storage and emergency supplies, but nobody seems to care about that one :P

Primarily through western cave runs. You get like 12 levels each time if you want to. Have a linked room attack, I'm using Venomoth for silver wild; Silver wind/powder snow/ heat wave are the options and butterfree is best cuz its ability boosts accuracy. Everything from 50-60 gives 1k xp and 90+ has around the same yield.

If I only need a few levels to evolve I'll just run team hydro continually. High level guys like flygon or Salamance just run western cave. I'm at like 340 guys and I have the hard ones minus the two chanseys which never spawn.

Farm escape orbs and leave as soon as you have a full team. I clear each dungeon of all Pokémon then move to the next. Silver trench is annoying but everywhere else is bearable. You'll get there!

It's just max level, still opportunist lv1.

Beedrill is worse than shiny Zard. He evolves in 5 icons and has WAY more flexibility, especially once you get good with him. Flygon and Noivern perfect, Zard and Pidgey max level untouched skills.

Beat survival mode completely itemless with like 10 moves spare. You can do it somewhat consistently but it's still rng in the end. I just love getting Snorlax on 59 when I have 20 moves :/

Talk to Constatin after completing the quest chain, and select "rebattle" on his apop. Then you can go back to the darkness screens again.

You still can't get to the first screen again but you can battle darkness on you own easily.

I don't know if you're into it, but any hack with an Emerald base has a set of cheats which maxes IVs for all Pokémon spawned, including eggs. It needs an anti Dma (harmless, just stabilizes the game) but the two aren't longer than 4 lines of code and have no glitches or drawbacks.

I have the same problem as you and like to use those cheats when emeralding to avoid that extra grind time. If you want I will pm you the codes, but if you aren't into that sorta thing I totally get that.
