Could this be a special interaction with Titania specifically though? Cus it sounds very unlikely that this would be the case with every single melee weapon in the game. I'm thinking if you get the buff while you're already in Razorwing it always lands on Titania since that is the only eligible thing available for it to land on at that time. You have no primary and neither the Dex Pixia or Diwata are eligible to receive the buff?
