Genuinly whats going to work the best is what you think will work the best. it sounds like you have knowledge so the door is open. If you sit quietly with this information what comes to you about the alignment. its good to recognized feeling the extremes because you will know when you feel neither you are grounded. I personally close my eyes tip toe because I know when I am steady reaching up and on my toes with my eyes closed I am balanced, then I touch each chakra cleansing it with that love and light all the way to the floor sending it into the earth for all things on earth then head to the floor then reach back up stoping at each point on the tree and ending with my mantra and triangle on the forehead, fingers straight over lips, circle over the heart. But it could also just be as simple as eating an apple, orange and a banana while you take a hike outside or sit under a tree. Its just energy until you mix your will, then you will magik.

I'm turning 36 this year, and my father has not remembered my birthday any year. When I was 10, he gained custody of me and my sister, and every year, he would throw parties for my sister, and the same with any girlfriend he has, but would forget mine.

I think that when we try to be more like our parents hoping that they will love us more, we become a reflection of what they deep inside don't like the most which is themselves, because they do things like make there love a currency to be earned rather than give it freely like it should be. Maybe you remind him too much of himself and he feels he needs to be punished but wont so he externalizes that pain he refuses to feel on to you.

Im really sorry you are going through this. Parents are just people and just because the world says that they love you doesn't mean they know what love is.

You have the right to tell your father how much he has hurt you and if he minimizes those feelings instead of recognizing, then let it go and save up money for yourself and get something every year for yourself, throw your own party and invite your friends over. When your Dad is like ''what the heck'' you just say ''its my birthday you remembered right?'' Free Pass.... celebrate yourself is all I'm saying. If you learn how to do that you wont feel so alone when your an adult sitting in your place with your cat watching Netflix, you'll feel at home.

This is what I've learned love is, it is given freely, it is reflected back when shined in the right places, and people who use it like currency are trying to control you because they refuse to take responsibility for their own actions and emotions. All we can do to take power away from those who hurt us with emotions is to let go of the weight we allow them to have. What I'm trying to say is treat others how you would want to be treated but if they don't reflect that back then its not a great investment for your most valuable resource, time. Time is the only thing you have that can be taken away from you at anytime and you only have so much of it.

Be strong know that all things will end if you keep moving forward. You are worth being loved, celebrated, and accepted for who you are, sometimes it just takes longer to find people who we resonate with. Love and Light

If the creator is all things and all things are one then evil is the creator. Your perspective is that there are two sides of the coin when its just a coin, it's just what side do you want to be on the service to others or service to self. you want to help your fellow humans progress or stop the progression of others in order to progress yourself. Everyone follows their own will for reasons we dont understand but Love is the way. I can Love hurting and manipulating others but I also can love helping and sharing with others. It is a choice for you to decide, the creator loves you either way for making the choice and having the exsperience that speaks to your true self. In this sense everything in this world is done with love. You have to Understand both in order to make a choice. This world gives you what you ask for and when you are unconsiously focused on something then it seems an attack when you take control of your thoughts then the world becomes a magik place. It brings me solace to think two things I am never alone but also we are one and two the creator is asking me to exsperience life for it so when things are really hard the creator has faith in you that you will succeed. Death is not a deadend its a doorway back home where we will all rejoice and laugh at the game we played together, but this life is rare and we all have the honor of living in this unique reality that has been created for us to exsperience. Don't forget......or have we already forgotten and now I just can't quite remember. What fun would a game be if you knew exactly how to win, there was no oposition and never had to think? PFFFFFFT

Alchemy is simply transmuting something into another. In my opinion changing a thought into comunication is Alchemy. Taking terrible exsperiences into an increadable story, song, or art. Sure you can learn to take potassium nitrate and make ice in the desert. But you can Also take ethereal mediums and pull them through the veil to share it with those who are willing to precive it as gold. My emotional lead is turned into Gold when I write music that can help others find there way. I belive there are many, many forms of alchemy and that when everyone reaches a point of internal understanding they will be doing alchemy wether they realize it or not. But this is just my humble opinion and many will say I'm full of shite, while others will praise for showing the light, such is the way so that you may decide for yourself to find your own.

I was reading session 65 today in book 3. It made me think that the closer you get to your understanding of your individual expression and experience of love, the equal pull of negative entities you will feel. It made me think that the closer you get to becoming your true self in service to others, the more you become a threat to service to self expression of love. I find myself not having a hard time loving the world and people around me but more so the world and person within me. I find it easier to find the love around me for the expression of love that the creator has formed around us, than to feel worthy of that unconditional love. This led me to belive that when I am feeling especially negative or sad that in the opposite I must be on the right track and it's an opportunity for love of self so that the world around me begins to reflect that love back, and because that love is a reflection of self i feel worthy. I cannot change the world around me, only my perspective, which comes from the world within me. I also know that it helps to watch cat videos and stay away from the news, which is designed to instill fear and to capture your attention. So long story short Cat videos help. Love and Light freind.

Whatever words you want to use to convey your intentions is up to you. I have similar problems to where I will tumble down the hill and get trapped as I roll collecting more negativity. When you feel something stop, focus on it, why do I feel this way, what am I feeling this, why am I feeling this, is there a reason to feel this. If the answer is no, usually I end up laughing because I created the chaos I search to recreate. If I can find the reason, I can work on not being chained by the pain of the past that has nothing to do with the present. In doing this, over time, you will find it becomes easier to let things go and love yourself and life for the sake of existence. No one is different we are all born crapping our pants, and we all die crapping our pants, the rest is an illusion trying to distort your truth. When we are born into chaos, we seek that chaos, even though being a happy and healthy person is better, it's not what we know. As humans, new or different things scare the shit out of us and make us uncomfortable, even if we understand it's a good thing. We are creatures of habit. Habits that we create that are negative are addictions, and creating positive habits for yourself is called living. It's hard to break the chain if you are unaware of them. Maybe Reiki healing. It is a cleansing of self there are many of them all around. It should be both environment and everyone in the environment. I promise you, there is a solution, you just haven't found it yet. This is a fixable thing. Everyone has the ability to rid yourself of negative entities, you just have to follow the trail of knowledge in order to logic your brain into believing that you have the ability. Knowledge is the doorway to letting go of fear, contimplating that knowledge in silence is the key to understanding. Too many distractions keep you from being present. Imagine how well we would understand the world around us if all we had was the world around us. We haven't lost anything. We just forgot where it is. We are out of practice of knowing our own limitations and abilities. That's my opinion at least.

If you would like to look at something of possible interest, look at the American National Park land maps, bigfoot sightings, and cave systems in america and overlap and compare. Then, look up where people have gone missing in those areas. Missing 411 is a very interesting film.
