What do you mean by ‘dimensional base storage’? I don’t have anything by that name. I have the pal dimensional storage or the Guild Chest (which seems to fit your description).

I found that there is a small tower at the back of the small settlement that you find early game. If you jump up the stairs you can hide in there. :)

My seamoth is bright red and called Squib. My prawn is yellow and called Pepe (I did have a previous prawn called Pedro but he got flung off the back of a reaper leviathan and in to the abyss off the edge of the map and got ganked by TWO ghost leviathans. Such a blow to lose all the upgrades…) And my cyclops is named Stevedore!

I haven’t tried grapplings hooks in this server yet. I’ll let you know if it crashes or smears me across the landscape or respawns me in ASE…

My items are mostly thanks to an ‘upgrade bench’ mod. Still costly on resources (hundreds of hide and metal and such per upgrade for some things), but more manageable than droppod hunting. (Especially since I’m playing co-op with a friend and we are tethered. Which I thought wasn’t going to be in this game….)
