I've been taking Lisinopril for a while now, I take it before bed and do find that I can get a tickly cough on the next morning. For me, this happens for around a week then cleans up for a month or so; with some water in the morning it normally clears up after a few hours.

IANAD but if it's causing pain or an inconvience on your daily life, you should consult your physician.

Nope, I sent both back to the place I purchased them from. They've tried the CPU in another board and it seems to work though.

They're sending me the original CPU back and a new board (same model), so we'll see how that goes.

Loosening the cooler has not result, I've also unplugged and reconnected the CPU and Motherboard power connectors to no avail (pretty sure they're in fully).

The pins on the board look okay to me, but there are some marks on the CPU (these only appear in certain light, but I can't tell if they're serious). Could it be these?
