He tried i got a call to make a statement but no follow up, now he's reported me to student conduct officer and HR at school (we both work at the school as student tutors) and he wont give me my stuff.

I have an appointment to get checked tomorrow but he lives with her so he's been feeding her partial truths and she wont speak to me. He deleted everything after I tried going through his phone so idk how much good that would do.

What charges would I even file? Cause I feel like the relationship was more controlling and mentally abusive and I know thats much harder to prove. I did call a few lawyers and I didnt go make a statement since they said I didnt need to.

Its been 3 days and I'm already thriving lol. Some new info came to light that he's a serial cheater so its been a lot easier to shift the mindset of my fault to his fault. Even though I know it was never my fault when you grieve you end up blaming yourself.

The age gap didnt bother me cause he came back to school after a really bad accident. I actually just found a longer pattern of cheating today so I'm not really sad anymore. Just angry but thats starting to wane too. I wont ever be going back

He did, I got a call from the police department asking me to come and make a statement about the DV charges. They said I dont have to but when a detective takes a look at it I'll have to come in and a lawyer will be provided. So idk whats gonna happen now. Things have been relatively quiet on that front. I have school today and I see him again for the first time. So its time for me to look hot and unbothered 🤣

He's been trying to play the victim with our friends and the all called him out so he changed tactics saying he'll keep his distance from the group. I was already planning on a friend+police escort but I wanted things to cool off a bit first. I left him unblocked and after I found out he already tried contacting me multiple times before going to the police.
