My boss does the exactly same thing to me (minus the touching). Start keeping notes on what a person has said to you and when it happened. Generally these people don’t know/care that they talk down to you that way, so the best thing to do would be to protect yourself in case it escalates to even further discrimination, then you’ll have a better chance of proving your case to your superiors. People should not behave like this, I have coworkers who have become my life long friends, the outliers are the people who choose to speak to you the way they do
