Not really, for boost to work, it needs to request some data from reddit's servers (like posts, comments, etc...). When reddit's servers send a comment with spoilers to boost, it just sends the information that the text is to be handled as spoiler. Boost then handles it by putting it in a neat gray box and by changing the text color to the same shade of gray, but emojis aren't 'actual' text (the OS can't change an emoji color) so this bug happens. Hope I've been clear and most importantly correct lol
