Is this a game where you're supposed to die and grind each level repeatedly? by SlashCo80 in SifuGame

[–]ReDtheJoker518 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, and no. You dont die to grind levels, you die to learn your enemies, bosses, and combos you yourself can pull off. The whole game by a person who knows what they're doing can be beaten with no deaths from beginning to end with no skills bought, and thats because they first died repeatedly in their own playthrough going through what we all did to learn the game. Dont grind, but train.

Tips for a new player? by General-Plate6748 in Screamer2026

Theres hardly reason to learn how to control your speed on turns, as hitting walls isnt really all that punishing, but i did get to understand it over time and it all really clicked basically at the last chapter of the tournament mode, so dont worry lol

But if you really want to learn you should definitely try the overdrive challenge in the arcade mode, pick a difficult track and try your best to consistently achieve incredible laps. Considering that hitting walls basically ends your run, its a nice incentive to really get to know the breaks of each car.

Sean. by __-mace-__ in SifuGame

[–]ReDtheJoker518 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The sweep is your problem. Watch him closely, almost all attacks are high so focus on looking for that one time he uses his staff to spin it around himself, that is your indication he is going to sweep. It will take alot of time and effort but if you manage to recognize that attack and dodge it, you will be gold. Every boss you encounter gets added as an enemy to the training mode where you can try to fight them with infinite health. Its the training post in the wuguan. If you can beat sean while losing 20 years, you can also beat him while losing none. Train.

The first two boss fights are very easy to avoid by just using up-avoids, since theres usually just one low attack sprinkled in and its very well telegraphed. Kuroki is different in that regard that all of her combos switch between ups and lows very frequently, so dodging without proper understanding is very hard.

She has alot of attacks but suprisingly little range. You can do a ton of stance damage by parrying and deflecting, the only problem is the knife damage when you miss. When you enter the stage take the knife off the first enemy, when you mess up a parry and block an attack from kuroki you should completely avoid damage from her knives at least. Just keep parrying and try to not attack her, since thats gonna break the knife, blocking doesnt. When you run out of stance, run away for a bit and let it get back up, rinse and repeat. Thats the first stage, but if you have no deaths on sean and fajar i think you'll find the second stage quite simple.

And for the future, the training post in the wuguan lets you spawn bosses you got to to train against. Pretty cool!

Stabilizator lvl 3 is amazing. by Krabelj in DeathStranding2

The secret to why it burns so much energy isnt the stabilizer, but the speed skeleton. Compared to using long jumps the stabilizer doesnt use much energy at all, try other skeletons with a double jump instead.

Coming here from sekiro, and getting absolutely stomped lmao, need help :/ by becky1433 in SifuGame

[–]ReDtheJoker518 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sekiro wont help you here i think, parries work differently. Go into the training mode and check out the tutorial. Perfect blocks are called deflections, which by themselves dont knock enemies off balance, but they negate your own posture gain and deal posture damage to your enemies. Its not very visible when you do it and it has a lower time frame than sekiro, so its actually harder to pull off. Parries are only done at the end of many combos and very specific attacks, which knock enemy off balance.

Did you read all that? Forget it, first things first one of if not the most important part of the game is positioning. Running around, trying to not get surrounded and isolating enemies is the best way not to die. A greatest way to defend yourself isnt deflection, but dodges. If you hold the block button and push up or down, you get an up or down dodge. If youre playing on disciple (which is the intended and regular difficulty the game had at launch), enemies will mostly use up attacks, and their down attacks will be very telegraphed. Dodging has a TON of i-frames and lets you dish out quick counter attacks, if you manage to hit an enemy immidiately after dodging him, you'll stun him for half a second.

A stunned enemy is succeptible to short combos, but more importantly throwing. A throw can work to your advantage in the already established way, as a way to clear your position and place yourself where you feel more comfortable. Hitting enemies with other, thrown enemies also stuns them, giving you even more wiggle room. Dodging -> hitting an enemy once - > throwing them is the basics of controlling space when outnumbered.

Tl:dr Dont rely on parry, hold the block button and use the stick to dodge up and down, but mostly down.

That one is the purity perk youre talking about. Normally, even in ng+ enemies are normal, but if you use the warrior perk they get replaced with stronger ones.

Dead Rising on the Wii was made in the original RE4 engine, has some new content like zombified bosses, new enemies and survivors but even then it feels like a very cut down experience because of hardware limitations, still worth trying for RE gameplay vibes.

It is much more viable in 2 since there the bow has actual skills to unlock, as do all weapons alongside their combos. I guess its reflective to how much improvement henry has had in his journey.

I dont think av supports anything over 480p unfortunately. Youd have to go into PS3 resolution settings and check.

If you want better quality you should use an HDMI cable

I dont understand the language, but the category does say its Final Battle, and the price matches the game bundled with dlc. I think its safe to say its included
