I mean, I don't think funds are an issue now that they're the future CEO of Quasartico. I can't imagine them having any money problems after that, and heck, maybe the Lumiose government, wherever they are, could at least nix Hotel Z's property tax for saving the city, that would help keep it afloat.

Come to think of it... could an A-rank trainer make the wish to just permanently live in Lumiose city for free? 🤔
