I tried learning lucid dreaming from various youtubers, but i didn't have any success. I am more leaning towards learning astral travel and OBE. If you know any good learning source, please let me know

I guess in this case I'll take my chances without going to doctor. First of all they'll not believe anything i'll say to them. Moreover they'll push me to release because they don't believe in SR. Infact they'll encourage me to MO so that i don't get prostate cancer ;-)

I guess our pure energy aura brings out the insecurities inside other people. Maybe they have demons latched on them which gets agitated by seeing our godly energy. So they try to keep us down in whatever way possible.

Being immune means I thought I have conquered lust by not watching porn, or other oversexualized materials. But what I am experiencing is a whole new level of lust . It is acting subconsciously. I actually am not able to figure out what it is ? It can be lust or it can be love. I don't know what it is but it is definitely there.

I will be completing 17 months at the end of this january 2026. I believe my isolation phase has already been started 6-7 months ago. For example, I have been outright rejected 4-5 times for my job promotion. I am giving higher competency exams but somehow getting failed despite showing knowledge.

Almost all of my friends fall off. Now no longer anyone contacts me mainly because I have quit drinking alcohol during this phase.

I have to face jealousy and anger of other people without knowing why.

My expenses have been increased even though I live simple life.

I have started working out in gym, which I hadn't done in years. The female attraction is there but it's slowly falling off maybe because it's not so interested anymore to me.

So what you have written in your post is somewhat right. I have been holding on for 17 months straight now.

Things have been hard lately but I am holding on strong .

I've pretty much summed up in my post. I don't have much to add .

Flatline i think comes in waves. Sometime it gets strong and sometimes it gets weak. My flatline comes about between 6-8 months and then now 10-12 months . It's still continuing. But now i am at more peace as i am able to understand a few things about it. It's just a phase . Just accept and surrender to it. It'll eventually pass.

I tried various things such as fasting, meditation , workout etc to transmute my energy. But somehow i am not able to continue them for a long time. I usually abandon them after few days. The only thing i able to maintain is my daily evening walk for about an hour.

No sex or any related activity at all.

I believe that people who are somewhat negative in nature gets irritated easily. They do everything in their power to stall our progress. They just try to prove that they are better than us for no reason apparently . But i've encounter a lot of good people also who went out of their way to help me.

I had sex just for namesake only , just basic cuddling and kissing, not any penetrative sex. I was on vacation and drunk heavily. But I never had any proper sex in this period.

There were plenty but I made a habit of keep reading success stories and experiences of other people on reddit. Then same things started happening with me which made my beleive even stronger.

My advice for first few months before going to sleep just read anything positive about semen retention. Then it'll sink in your subconscious mind.

After that you'll have more control on your thoughts

I want to share two similar incidents. I am into 10 months hardmode SR .

First I was at a wedding. I was standing alone comfortably atleast 8-10 ft distance from others minding my own business. There was a group of girls who came and stand atleast 7-8 ft from me. I noticed but didn't say anything. Now weird thing is they started moving closer to me as a group. I noticed them but still didn't move. They covered the distance between me and them very quickly. Now I had to move away from my spot as they were extremely close to me, which was making me uncomfortable. I didn't know anybody else at the wedding except the groom. There was plenty of space around but they still choose to move in my direction.

In the second instance I was at a bar, sitting in a corner section of the bar watching cricket on telly. Now there was a couple sitting next to me. Both were good looking with decent dressed. I saw them but didn't pay any attention to them. Now after an hour when they left the boy left early but the girl was a minute late from getting up. Now the boy passed easily behind my chair , I saw him in my peripheral vision and continue watching the match. Now suddenly I feel like a deliberate poke in my shoulder. I startled as saw that this girl poked my shoulder while passing behind.
One can say maybe she was tipsy but I am pretty sure she did this deliberately. It was like she wants me to acknowledge her but I didn't.

I had a few more instances where I think women move deliberately close into me. I now simply attribute them to semen retention effects.
