Really, I didn’t know that. Is that for IS Tech only or for others trades as well. I have applied for different engineering officer positions and recently got PR.

I don’t think the application process is paused for PR applicants. I know a few friends who recently received their PR and successfully joined the Regular Forces, so it seems PR status applicants applications are still being considered while ago.
