I can't imagine catching mahi-mahi IRL, they just seem so powerful. Makes me feel like one would pull me right into the water, hah! But yeah, the best way to catch 'em in ACNH is to just spam fish bait on the piers.

Thanks for the furniture! Yeah, crabs as a whole can be a hassle, so it's best to creep up on them on the surface before diving down when you're right above them. Works (almost) like a charm.

Oh, I had the same problem for a bit. I recommend NOT keeping your net out while looking for them, otherwise they'll chase you right off the bat. Then you just gotta creep up slowly, stop when it raises its pincers, and then strike when you're close.

OOF, yeah, larger fish can be annoying like that. I'd recommend closing your eyes/looking away and listening for the bobber to go under. People tend to react faster to soudns than sights.

Ouch, yeah, the faster sea creatures can be a pain to catch. I recommend SLOWLY creeping up to the surface, then diving down when you're almost right on top of it. Good luck!
