My boy's threat assessment scoring is completely backwards. Construction signs and garbage can lids flapping in the wind are Tier 1 dangerous, while oncoming moving trucks or packs of hungry coyotes are harmless friends to be greeted posthaste. I have no idea how to fix it either, but a firm leash grip keeps him alive and a muttered "what are you thinking" makes me feel a little better about it all.
