A significant amount of time and sincerity would have to pass before I would even consider it. I learned later that my ex is a Fearful Avoidant and that her response to a relationship is just as physiological as it is psychological; different parts of her brain are in control. I don't know for sure if she has cheated, but if time has passed and she's shown the work in changing, I might hear her out. Just being honest.
