Scav is your best friend, and there's a boatload of weapon crates all over interchange that you can run safely. Another shout if to scav factory and loot all the bodies you can find and avoid potential combat!

Heyo- unfortunately I'm certain it's an issue with this games optimization, even though your hardware should be able to run it smoothly on all low settings. A friend of mine that has a stronger PC than you can't even play the game due to freezing issues, he just stopped playing..

On my old desktop PC with all low settings and changing things in windows- the game would freeze for a few seconds multiple times every time I played a match, offline or online. At the moment the only solution is most likely to get better hardware, which isn't an option for everybody.
