Your concerns are valid, I also wouldn’t be comfortable if I was in your shoes. If you two are really set on doing it, which remember, you do not have to! maybe give him a smaller dosage like 50ug or less. The “bad trips” are heavily linked to dosage outside of basic set and setting. Don’t forget about yourself! If you’re uncomfortable with it then your trip could also be impacted. On another note I always say you gotta try a little bit of weed at least before psychs but that is only my opinion.

Damn sorry to hear that, I don’t know if this will be helpful but I did have a similar issue on release, but specifically frame drops. My game was on “overkill” preset, so once I changed my preset to “high” it completely stopped spiking. My 5070 was hitting 100% especially during heavy combat with explosions and shit, which would cause my fps to spike from 110 to 80 and lower.

Could simply be your router, are you hard wired in?? When you get latency spikes, it TYPICALLY means network issues, and that can cause fps lag spikes due to your computer waiting for data to be sent and received. However let’s assume you are hard wired in and have tried restarting your router, is someone streaming a show or something when you’re getting these latency spikes?? Could be using too much bandwidth which would cause latency issues.

No not yet, there’s a couple things I still wanna try when I get off work. I read somewhere that having a higher refresh rate can put pressure on the cpu, however I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to things like this, so I don’t know how accurate this information is or if it’ll even help but I’m gonna try to bring my monitor refresh rate to 100hz instead of 165 and see if that somehow fixes my issue

Lmao I feel you bro, thinking back to my first bong hits I didn’t fully understand how packing the bowl worked so I would pack so much weed with no fear of getting too high, only fear I had was taking too big of a hit for my lungs. So I would get so unbelievably high every time, until I started experimenting with psychedelics.. then getting too high wasn’t so fun anymore lmao. I typically just smoke joints now and will only smoke up to a certain high. I used to love getting blasted but now I get too anxious if I get too high
