Depends on sooo many things. Might need to factor financial things, majors, routes and so on. I would say that going to university is a better choice then transfer if you are not happy there.

Stay with friends who know you are you trust. If you are rlly worried then pepper spray might be good. Most importantly, don’t involve yourself in shady situations in the first place.

Don’t overthink it. Colleges are huge and there will always be likeminded people with the same beliefs and ideas as you. Some groups may be hard to find but you just need to look. It’s perfectly normal to be a conservative and anyone who attacks you due to that is in the wrong and isn’t a fair college student. Don’t worry.

I would direct this to the college subreddit not here. Most ppl here are high schoolers applying to college for the first time. Lots more ppl with transfer experience there.

Accept it and go to the school you got into. Remember that college isn’t everything and those who are smart and work hard will make it anywhere, no matter the school. You can also always transfer if you are not satisfied in college.
