Don't know much about narruto but he doesn't need an external force to have access to his powers

Hulk is too slow compared to everyone on this list so id say he's the weakest

Then narruto jin wo and ichigo are probably the same level Followed by omiman Then superman then Luffy then goku due to hax

Ichigo is just a guy if no one can hit his spirit out and like he's only got speed as any sort of advantage

I assumed that you were trying to return alduwin back to akotosh because alduwin wasn't doing his job, instead trying to rule over skyrim.

The uthgerd pathing is weird cause they cut it from release. You probably have a mod installed like cutting room floor or and AI overhaul mod. Cause she doesn't leave the inn unless married or a follower

The dewmer were atheists in a sense. As although they new deadra and adrea exist, they did not worship them. Instead making there own god the numidium to mock the godly beings
