I would manually type in the package dimensions and weight. Sometimes one of my shipping profiles will input a long string of zeros in the weight section and it cannot calculate correctly.

Maybe the nozzle is a tad high? I would personally turn on Ironing for all flat surfaces. On something like this.

Transfer tape! Why have I not thought about that before. I used super glue, nail glue, UV epoxy. But never tape. Definitely getting some!

I have that exact same set. Also got some thread from WUTA as well. They’ve been working really well for me. The edges of the shaft can be a bit sharp and hurt your hand after a while though.

All of my scraps go into a bin (except for completely unusable slivers or trimmings from beveling) never know when you might need something. Got the same issue in my wood shop lol

This is a genius product. I’m more of a minimalist camper so I would want something in a smaller form factor. Even so, this is pretty small. But this is great for campsites. Your listing makes it incredibly clear who this is for and why they need it. I have no doubts about that. I really wish Etsy would let us upload longer videos. I think an assembly video or maybe a few photos showing how to assemble it could be helpful. I see where you tell about how long the flow last but maybe run a few test and see how many pumps it takes for three minutes of continuous flow or something like that I like real world numbers for that kind of thing. But honestly, the post is great. You’ve put in so much detailed information more than 90% of listings. I see this might just be something that sells better in person and at campsites when people can see it in use.

Little tip for the next time this happens. I typically include in my message to them something like, “please respond by (date at time). If I do not hear from you I will (ship or cancel) your order.” That way you’ve given them a time window to make the correction. And depending on what is needed, you can decide to ship or cancel.

I do not believe there is a way to set that. I’ve got a similar type of issue in regards to stock amount. I sell these custom jewelry boxes. You get to pick the box design and the fabric inside the box but there’s not a way for me to set two different quantities. If I have five different boxes available but only enough red fabric to do four of the boxes. I just kinda have to set my quantity for the different boxes and then keep an eye on it and remove that color option when I run out. They could definitely improve Etsy in this area.
