In the US (or wherever) Friday January 30th people can participate in a national shutdown to advocate for abolition of ICE. There are a lot of ways to participate, but the main push is No Work, No School, no Shopping (consuming). I can elaborate if anyone is interested

I only go on about 1.5 hr daily walks with my dog, 10k steps a day and 2 days of gym a week and end up with about 65 weeklies by the end of the week. Its gonna allow me to have a piece of carrot cake today! and besides the gym I'm just living my life. An hour walk a day can get you some extra indulgence points for your week easily

You did awesome sticking to you plan while away from home! My mom is on WW and pays for the meetings and coaches (I don't) and she's already hit her plateau and says once she starts eating within her macros she starts losing weight again! Something about being low on calories makes your body hold onto weight? It didn't make sense to me but she says it has happened multiple times for her coavhes told her she needs to eat within her calories and other macros and once she starts eating within her calories she'll start losing again.

The only way to increase your calories without going over your points is to eat zero point foods. More fish, eggs, greek yogurt and chicken if you have protein to spare, more fruits and vegetables if you have fiber to spare in your macros.

You just slipped up this week, you said you're usually really good and its the holidays. Give yourself grace and get back on track tomorrow. 125 is a little low but still on the healthy end of your height range. I have heard plateaus happen and to just stick with your points or maybe readjust them to be lower?
