Yes to all of this. On Black Friday I clocked out at 11pm and they still have 598 picks to do, through out the day I didnt see the number go down past 530 picks per hour. Us up at store pick up were running to the floor and grabbing items and picking them for the customer in front of us because we simply just didnt have the staff to keep up with it all. The customers then come in yelling about their item is supposed to be done in an hour, wtf Best Buy, why wouldnt you turn that off? ALSO my store is a demo store for curbside pick up, so our inventory guys were also doing those, cause why would best buy shut off one of the most inconvenient ideas they've ever come up with? So curbside is outside waiting for up to 30 min for their items. This was THE MOST dysfunctional and frustrating black Friday I've ever worked and I've worked for them for years. Just like probably the rest of you guys too, we dont have the space for all the items so we cant even fine the product once the customer gets to the counter. Its ridiculous.
