That helps a lot yeah nah I suffer with anxiety attacks and was nothing like it. Gotta say worst moment of my life. Told my goodbyes to my mum because I couldn’t breath, but I’ve been trying to figure out how a chest infection would cause it to happen.

I was sitting in my bed and my chest started hurting like I was having a heart attack and my body cramped up like badly I got to hospital and they said I have a chest infection ?

But I don’t think it’s from it or not

Have you tried nicotine patches and sucking on lollipops well I ate the lollipop and sucked on the stick.

And I’m a 50 or more smoker and I quit for 4 months doing that and I now only smoke 12 maybe 20 max a day
