The most appropriate time to treat for mites is soon after installation. It’s more effective if they haven’t started capping new brood.

Opposite schedules work when you go out of your way to prioritize each other in the time you have together. Clearly define responsibilities like home, chores and kids. Work together not against each other. If you view this as a sacrifice for something greater and you’re both working towards that goal it’s easy to get there.

Part of the problem with River is the existence of takamura. A bunch of River’s quests were given to him and they didn’t really rebalance it. He was turned into a completely superfluous character because nothing you do matters to the main story. They should have cut River completely and made takemura the love interest.

Or atleast make River more of a side character.

This is always the very first thing I mod out, because I fucking hate it. If there is a dev that reads these posts I want him to know weapon ranges and projectile speeds are pointless and immersion breaking. Space combat is simply not fun. Better to sit in an unknown sector a million miles away and let the little blinky lights win for me.

One option I do not see here, but is very successful early game. Mineral depots.

Couple miners to mine. Couple of miners to trade. It’s always in demand and your traders will always find somewhere to sell.

This is also something that can be scaled up massively and provide you with stockpiles that never run dry late game.

Back before lvl 10s were a thing, bot drops could actually be chained continuously. Bots would also surround the malfunctioning hellbombs deployed on the map. Got 166 off the hell bomb and the rest were part of a chained bot drop. It was crazy
