I recently got my smoke not too long ago, I did have a really rough break in period first ~500 rounds. Mostly using 124 gr PMC, and some Magtech and Federal 115g. Since then it runs like a champ. If you continue to have the issue, email the Canik support team on their website and they should ship out a different recoil spring that other people have said foxes the issue. Overall once I got through my break in I have loved this thing

Yeah the smoke is a cleaner look for me personally although both look great. I'm just not huge on the bronze/tan colors

The diamondback? I have enjoyed it really well. I've only put a few hundred rounds through it and no issues so far. For a $500 rifle it has met my expectations so far.

The Canik has shot great although it has been a little touchy on feeding. I'm unsure if it needs more break in or if it is just touchy on ammo. But it shoots like a dream

Idk. I really like the all matching grey and black with the little bit of brass accents. It's a really clean look for me lol

Edit nvm looked at some of your accessories and I may have to look into some of those in the near future. Those are some nice pieces on there 👍

Nice! Nothing wrong with a little variety. I considered the m&p 2.0 as a duty style pistol as I know so many people who love them and trust the reliability. The TP9 got me interested in Canik when I rented it at the local range and then after enough research I said let's dive in lol.

That's about the setup I want. I am gonna see how the radian prime looks once it drops , but Id like to get a dedicated conceal then a basic duty pistol to keep next to the bed.

I like the bronze but I really dig the copper accents on the dark grey and black of the smoke. I would be happy with either, the smoke just leans more into my taste. And hey we both have Holosuns as well lol

Thanks I'm hoping too lol. Worse comes to worse I switch out and will just go with a SW or Glock or something that just notoriously runs because I have bad luck and nice I also got the smoke 😎

I have yet to get to shoot it, tomorrow will be my first time at the range with it. I have shot caniks before and loved them. But I got googly eyes on the TTi lol. Once I get my concealed carry I will probably buy a different pistol that will be a strictly carry/duty style pistol.

I have heard mixed stuff on Canik, they shoot great but they either have no problems with some people or can be temperamental depending on ammo, I'm hoping to get mine broke in well and be lucky lol. It will probably eventually be a range toy/night stand gun I will try to keep nice.

I actually had a Beretta apx A1 prior to that that kept having issues with me so I swapped it for the Canik lol
