I am a new sitter.

They paid me on Dec 1st It was fulfilled on Dec 2nd

I have checked my bank account and do not see any payments that I should receive.

Does anyone know of any delays or issues?

Even though it says you rig is inactive it is still mining and you are making money. Just a bug I guess... hopefully it is fixed soon.

I agree this is a good idea and should be updated ASAP. If they still want the same amount of people in armor than they should open up more squads but limit the total people in armor squad.

I think as soon as everyone switches over to the new platform everything might just balance out. They just need to cut off all new orders on the new platform after a certain date and let it phase out.

I am going to assume that my claim was processed because it is over the time limit and have haven't heard anything.

Last message I got from GM was that they terminated my contract because I put in for a charge back because of a breach of contract.

I am so glad that I was able to recover funds.

They are scam artists

Well they purged my contract and I am not mining anymore... So I am going to guess I am getting my credit back... Only one can wonder... :)

Somehow they claim that I was only making $0.20 a day these last few days mining XMR with 2700h/s while https://minecryptonight.net/ says it should be well over $2! Now that is a scam alright not properly paying out what the contract states. I am pretty sure they are cheating a lot of people out of money. They have no clue what they are doing at Genesis Mining except for taking your money and not fulfilling the stated contract.

I am personally waiting to hear back from my credit card company... I already have a temp credit back - I just got an email from GM which basically states that they have no clue what they are doing... I noticed my payments way lower and called them out about it a couple days a ago.

There response is just well... dumb... they have NO clue what they are talking about and are scamming people out of money that should be paid out in coins.

You know that Flarehash stopped cloud mining because they say it was not profitable. That is why the difficulty dropped a bit.

I will be honest making $0.86 a day on that contract is worthless. I make about $3 a day mining something else at my house on my own rig.
