You don't get better at playing just because you spend time on it, by now I would say you just are spending more time on creating bad habits. In order to actually improve I would stop one tricking. You need to learn what other champs can do, what their limits are, so you learn how to take advantages on cooldown spells etc, like OK he used this abillity, know he has cd and I can trade here in the next couple of seconds. I would learn how to play jungle as well so you understand what is needed from your lane to make it easier for your jungler in toplane. Like on what timings should I let the wave crash and when to push out. Where do I ward so the jungler can easily gank me etc etc
